The Supporting People programme offers people the opportunity to improve their quality of life and enable greater independence. The purpose of the scheme is to help individuals to live as independently as possible and make informed choices about where and how they live their lives. Without this support the individual may be unable to manage their accommodation on their own. folks@home works with Torbay Council's Supporting People team who monitor and review the service provided by folks@home and ensure that we deliver quality and excellence to our clients.
