folks@home provide an exceptional visiting support service to improve the lives of local people aged 55 and over. Our purpose is to help our clients to live as independently as possible and achieve a better quality of life. The dedicated folks@home team support individuals to maximise independence, make choices about how and where they live their lives and improve their enjoyment of life. To maintain continuity, clients receive regular visits at home from the same Support Worker. Funding is provided for support from folks@home via the Supporting People programme.
